Restore Rover

Every pet and owner deserves with dignity, respect, and value. While every situation is unique, to remain effective this program requires some metric to reserve resources for pets and people who need them most.

Requirements:

A picture of the pet is required in order to get a sense of the service that would be needed.

A demonstration of need is required to apply. There are two options to demonstrate need. Both are weighted equally and either will be sufficient to complete the application:

1. An official document demonstrating a situation of financial need (i.e. disconnect notice, unprecedented financial demand, uncommon expense/invoice, etc.); OR

2. A written statement of financial need. This is 3 to 5 sentences describing the circumstances that created the need to apply.
