Pepper was surrendered after his owner's increasing health concerns made it harder to meet Pepper's needs and manage his behavioral challenges. Pepper comes from a shelter background and has bounced around some, and picked up some bad habits along the way. With just a few weeks of intensive socialization and behavior modification, he's come a very long way. His intensely cuddle-bug nature outweighs most of his naughty urges and he is receptive, affectionate boy. He would love to be someone's tiny snaggle-toothed shadow whenever possible, whether you're doing yard work, hiking, or lounging around the house. When he's not busy being your personal chaperone, he's well-behaved when left alone.
